Job Duties
l To develop Global Banking customers and business
l To provide outstanding client service support for locally based Global Banking customers across all sectors
l To support the business development plans of Global Banking Global Relationship Managers on a local basis
l To accompany Global Relationship Managers on customer visits and ensure prompt follow up on local issues
l To attend to all local customer enquiries, liaise with Global Relationship Managers and other departments to ensure effective resolution
l To liaise with customers for issues relating to account opening, banking facilities and security documentation
Job Requirements
l At least 2 years of banking experience, preferably in a commercial or corporate banking environment
l Basic product knowledge including Payment and Cash Management and Trade Services
l Good interpersonal and customer service skills
l Good command of written and spoken English
